Schedule a Inspection

Traditional Home Inspection

We do a full home inspection from top to bottom looking for health and safety concerns. We will go in the attic and the crawl spaces to see what we can find.

Radon Testing

Matthew is NRPP Certified to perform radon measurements. Radon is the #2 cause of lung cancer in the USA after smoking.  Radon testing is recommended in most home sales by the EPA. For homes that test above 4.0 pCi/l mediation is recommended, with follow up testing every 2 years.

New Home Inspection

A new home inspection will cover everything a traditional home inspection does, as well as cosmetic problems. Your new home should look and feel new.

We inspect commercial condos and town homes.  Its a good idea to know what repairs you have to make be for you go to closing.  You may also want to have an inspection if you are leasing and are responsible for all maintenance and repairs.

1 Year Warranty Inspection

Most new homes come with a 1 year warranty.  You should take advantage of this by having an inspection that may find problems that are covered under your warranty.  Having these fixed under your warranty will save you money.

Pre-Listing Inspection

A pre-listing inspection will help you get the most money for your house.  You will have the opportunity to fix any problems on your own schedule and won't have to pay any rush fees to have the work done by closing.   This will also eliminate any surprises the buyer's inspector may find.
